Patient Description

A 21-year-old male has been experiencing chronic fatigue for at least a year, with poor sleep quality despite sleeping 6-8 hours per night. The fatigue significantly impacts his daily activities, leaving him with just enough energy to work. Additionally, he has a long-standing history of constipation since around age 9-10 and has been dealing with off-and-on episodes of very liquid diarrhea for the past 1-2 years.
