Any good sleep remedies anybody use? i feel like it takes way to long to fall asleep these days

Apart from sleep hygiene stuff mentioned in assessment, melatonin taken ~2 hours prior to going to sleep may help. Also, don't spend time in bed if you're not actively trying to sleep. This means that if you're unable to fall asleep it might be beneficial to standup and do something (non-vigorous) for a bit and then go to bed and try again.
