Patient Description

A 37-year-old female presents with a 3-month history of constant fatigue, night sweats, and unexplained weight loss. She reports numbness in her right arm and hand, which has been worsening over the past year, and a dull, persistent ache in her right knee and leg with a severity of 7-8 out of 10. Muscle stiffness is described as flu-like, affecting her entire body and impeding her mobility. Additionally, she experiences migraines and transient visual disturbances in her right eye upon waking.
