A 32-year-old female presents with sudden onset of shortness of breath and chest pain, both rated 6/10 in severity, lasting for 30 minutes. She also reports a dry cough, mild in severity, and gastrointestinal symptoms including moderate heartburn, nausea, and burning in the stomach that began 4 hours ago.
