The pain comes suddenly and is easily a 9/10 if not 10/10 pain. I have called the doctor, and was told to wait until my appointment tomorrow.

A 27-year-old female was diagnosed with a large ovarian cyst on the right ovary approximately six days ago. Since last night, she has been experiencing severe cramping pain that comes in waves, lasting 10-15 minutes and occurring once or twice an hour. The pain worsens with movement but is relieved by using a heating pad. Accompanying symptoms include nausea and loss of appetite. There is no fever, vomiting, changes in bowel movements, menstrual cycle changes, or unusual vaginal bleeding. The patient's medical history includes a cholecystectomy and gastric sleeve surgery. She has no known allergies and is currently using a Mirena IUD.
